The property is new and facilities are new too. The hotel is very clean.

Everything is good enough for the price and location.

Lovely warm cookies on arrival, Great english from check in and check out. The rooms are really spacious and clean. Best hotel i’ve stayed at in Shenzhen for the price point.

Hotel was fantastic - staff were helpful and kind, and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was fantastic. It is located next to the "Dutch Flower Town" with lovely walks and cafes. Great restaurants were about a 10min walk away.

I have a wonder, why do some hotels place the foot-end of the bed on a carpet? This creates a negative angle ant push the blood to the head, at home I raise the head endto avoid that issue. It is not anything against this hotel, many have this setup...

We are thankful to the check in staff Jessie. She has been so friendly and helpful. My kid even said he wants to come back to stay in this hotel. The staffs is sincere and with big smile on their face. Hotel room is big compare to regular room in Shenzhen. It is new furnished and nice design.

We booked a cot and an extra bed for our family of 4 and we got neither. Our baby and other child had to sleep on the floor and that was not acceptable

Amazing staff. One rainy day we needed to pop out to a shop so a member of their staff offered me her personal umbrella. I find that so kind. It's something I would not generally expect from a large hotel.

I loved the location and just the stillness in the hotel. The hotel staff were quite friendly and did their best. Facilities work well.

There was a pretty big variety of food for breakfast. Fruits were fresh and sweet! And there was plenty to choose from; if you preferred a more Chinese breakfast there were those options too. The staff were friendly and helpful. And as any of you who have stayed in a DoubleTree hotel before may know, the cookies given at the reception when you check-in were absolutely delightful as always. I've been dreaming about the cookies and I think I'm going to have to find a recipe for it....

Admittedly the location isn't the best; if you're looking for local options for food nearby there are no walkable paths. However, if you're able to get DiDi working, you can get to a few major shopping locations or nearby districts for food in a matter of a few minutes.

Had a room with a washing machine was a nice feature. Some staff spoke basic English (ma h hotels in China don’t)

Breakfast wasn’t that appealing, coffee wasn’t nice and the juice was artificial

Accommodation itself is ok. Rooms are clean and the hotel is quite new.

Facilities are limited and the hotel really has to improve the service for international guests. Currently even arranging a taxi or ordering a drink is a challenge because of a lack of English speaking staff.

Staff was very helpful and serving . The park next door is so cute

Great location in Nanshan, in the Western part of Shenzhen between beautiful parks and an ancient towns like Nantou as well as a dutch stile village with many gardening and flower shops and charming cafes. Very tasty and extensive breakfast buffet.

Location in Google maps is wrong and resulted in a bit search by the taxi driver.

Spacious rooms, comfy bed and pillow great choice of food for breakfast, warm pool, friendly and helpful staff.
